Free 30-minute introduction to Mindfulness
Find out how to bring calm and peace into your life using mindfulness techniques. This online session includes a breathing and relaxation exercise. Set yourself up in a comfortable, quiet place and enjoy!

Consults (10% discount for over 65s, those on low incomes and students.)
Short Wellness Review $74
If you are fit and well, on no medication and just want advice on how to improve your wellbeing- or on a single health issue, this 30-minute consult will suit you. This is often the best one to book for children.

Wellness Review $115
This 60-minute consult is best for you if you are on medication and have chronic health issues. Our naturopath Sarah will support you to feel better physically and mentally using herbal and nutritional medicine and lifestyle changes. Includes a comprehensive wellness plan that will be sent to you after the consult.

Food for Health Online Consultation $115
For one hour you will focus on food and better nutrition. You will learn how to replace unhealthy eating habits with food that improves your energy and vitality. Good for you if you'd like to lose some weight or just improve your energy levels - and are otherwise fit and well.

Health fund rebates may be available for Food for Health consults.
