Based in Brisbane with online services, my passion is to help people reach their potential by gaining a new perspective on their emotional and mental and world and how the wellbeing of these can positively affect their physical world and interactions with others. This can then bring peace, balance and an uplifting sense of wellbeing and happiness.

I am a qualified Counsellor and EFT (Tapping) Practitioner registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and EFT Universe. I'm also a trained Mindfulness Practitioner. I have been practicing mindfulness-based health, stress management, and meditation for over 20 years and have found these to be of extreme benefit in my life and for health.

I have an extensive background in the management of disease and was a Medical Herbalist (Australian College of Natural Medicine, QLD) and Natural Fertility Management Counsellor (Francesca Naish, The Jocelyn Centre, NSW) for many years.

I have commonly observed the direct relationship between mind and its effect on the body. Realising the importance of this connection I have dedicated myself to the practice of EFT through counselling. To find out more about EFT please go to the website.
