My approach and style of practice is holistic, spiritual, compassionate, gentle and empowering. I incorporate counselling, Reiki (25 years exp), metaphysics, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Parts Therapy....and Spirit.

Everybody can learn Reiki. It is amazingly simple, subtle and yet powerful. The ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student via the Reiki Master.
