Maleny Pilates, formerly known as Pilates Platform (established in 2015), is a boutique Pilates studio located in the heart of Maleny. We offer a wide range of services, including group classes, private sessions, and specialized workshops designed to cater to all fitness levels and age groups. In addition to our regular offerings, the studio also provides a supportive environment for trainee instructors, offering sessions for both personal training and teaching practice.

Our Mat and Power Pilates classes focus on mindful, breath-centered movement, promoting holistic strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. We emphasize pelvic floor awareness and training, while incorporating challenging exercises designed to enhance balance, coordination, core strength and brain-body connection.
