I have no hesitation in recommending Helen as a fitness trainer. I have been training with Kappatalize for the last few years and look forward to my before work group training sessions at Olds Park and Brighton beach.
It is also fun to catch up with friends that I have made at the fitness sessions
Helen’s outdoor sessions are geared for all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness. It doesn’t matter where you sit on the scale, you will get the results you want from these classes. The challenge only ends when you want it to and no two classes are ever the same. The amount of different kit she has is amazing and she really makes the most of each class location.
The group is so friendly and supportive and because everyone is at their own level it never feels threatening or competitive. Helen also takes the time to really get to know everyone so you don’t just feel like a number. Really knowing each person, their pain and their goals allows her to give you the best chance of success.
