One to One Coaching/Counselling- When I listen to you it will be a safe space. By that I mean you will be seen and heard for your experience of the things that matter to you without hearing anyone else's reaction. You will be received without the dilution or distraction of anothers experience or comments; mine or anothers view on whats important to you or whether anyone else agrees with it. You will have a space to share that experience and for it to be just that~your experience. I will take the time to hear how something lives inside of you.

Supported Conversation/Mediation - when things haven't shifted and you feel stuck in overwhelm, frustration and a fear of speaking up or simply can't get your message through, I help you hear one another in a safe space where you will be enouraged to speak and be listened to and reflected in a way that lets the other person know their experience has been fully heard. I will be gently translating some of the expressions into universal needs language which supports people to see anothers perspective. Seeing and agreeing are not the same thing, reflecting, listening and taking turns to express your perspective allows more space to hear, sometimes for the first time, the deeper feelings and reasons behind actions that may have been the source of the conflict or misunderstanding.
