    Practical & life changing
    I'm almost at the end of a 3-month program, which has been life changing. Nore gets me - she listens and helps me work out what I need to do. She's helped me get rid of gingivitis, improve my cholesterol, lose weight and feel more energetic. I'm probably going to extend the program. I wish I'd done this before!
