Healing Hooves Inc is a Registered Charity, and we run entirely on donations, and most programs are facilitated by Volunteers. (Excluding EAP)
We bring horses and humans with Special Needs, together in controlled programs where the client interacts with the energy of the horse. Structured Mental Health programs include an Equine Specialist and Psychologist and are available via the Mental Health Plan provided by a GP. This program is called EAGALA or EAP
Casual Interactive sessions are run daily (7 day availability) via appointment, and on a donation basis. Clients in casual interactions may groom ,feed, and lead horses, or simply sit in amongst the herd for quiet reflection.
There is no horse riding and all interactions are Ground Based.
We welcome all ages. Our programs are suited to but not limited to: those suffering Mental Health disorders, ADHD, Autism, Intellectual and Physical disability, PTSD, Veterans of War, Juvenile offenders, sufferers of grief or loss. We are Wheelchair friendly.
We also offer Morning/Afternoon Tea, upon booking to groups of Elderly visitors which includes live Music, Tea/Coffee, Cake and interaction with our horses.

COST:
- Casual Interactive visit $10 pp . Can cater for up to 10 with carers
- Equine Assisted Psychotherapy fee based on Gap fee on Mental Health Plan
- Morning/Afternoon Tea $10 pp minimum of 20 persons
- Reiki/Meditation with free roaming horses $15 pp
