I love what I do and want to help you achieve your goals. Whether that is relaxation, managing the stress and anxiety life throws at us or focusing on physical just making you feel you good.
My background is varied from working in the hotel, events management and catering industry to teaching hospitality to adults, secondary school students and disengaged youth.
In 2008 I started my Reiki journey completing my Level I certification and from there have continued on a self discovery journey. I have lived through the ups and downs that life can throw at you and know how important self care is on a daily basis.
In 2018 I completed my Level II Practitioners certification and completed my Masters practitioners qualification in March 2019. Continuing on I have completed crystal frequency training to incorporate the two modalities together as a perfect fit.
As a teacher of Hospitality and with my love and passion for giving I felt a pull to begin this business to incorporate my different life experiences into one. Currently offering Reiki sessions and one on one personalized wholefoods education sessions and in the near future meditation and women's circle groups to help manage the challenges that the flow of life offers us.
