We offer an awesome, fully equipped gym with everything you need, from Technogym Cardio equipment, to an extensive range of free weights (including squat rack & 4 bench presses), machine weights and functional training. Group classes for all members in our upstairs open Training Room. We even have a bona fide Vibrogym machine for use by all members, great for reduction in cellulite, circulation, flexibility, strength, toning or just relax with a massage.
