* Infant Massage
Learn to understand your baby's own language to help improve sleep, reduce discomfort and promote bonding through infant massage classes.

* Strong Mums Online Exercise Program
Online Live Exercise Program for pregnancy and the post natal periods. Explore safe, effective movement during and after pregnancy to help you embrace your changing body so you can live life with strength and confidence.

EVOLUTION SPORTS THERAPY

* Sports Massage
Our Sports Massage services are aimed at helping your body perform at it's physical best. We assess your movement and tailor your treatment to address your specific needs.

* Remedial Massage
Remedial Massage involves the use of a range of manual therapy techniques to treat specific injuries, pain or muscular conditions. These techniques can involve deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and muscle energy techniques.

* Workers Compensation / CTP Injuries
Remedial Massage is provided to those injured in the course of their employment or in a motor vehicle accident. Soft tissue massage is provided to address specific injuries.
Referral from your GP is required and approval from your insurer.
