Personalised, intimate classes taught in the beautiful area of Smiths Beach, Phillip Island. Expect a small, friendly group practicing with ocean views, or green hills and farms in the distance. There are lots of demonstrations, adjustments, enhancements and personal attention.
Abbie, the owner/senior teacher, has over 15 years of experience in teaching. With a BA in Dance, 300hrs Yoga TT cert, fully qualified Pilates instructor, Personal Trainer and very experienced traveller, primarily in India, Asia and Europe.
You will feel completely secure and comfortable in all of Abbie's classes. She focuses on teaching yoga nowadays, but also provides a Men's pilates class, and leads some separate meditation practices for those not participating in the asana or physical practice.
Creative Yoga offers SomaChi yoga, Vinyasa, Kid's yoga, Men's Pilates, Beginner's courses and also private classes.

6-7am Mon-Fri. 6:15-7:30pm Mon/Wed. 9:30am Mon/Wed/Fri. 8am Sat/Sun (Summer) Outdoor class at the beach or in our garden, held when the weather delivers. Kids Yoga through school terms. Kids Yoga Summer-School 27th Dec-30th Jan.
