    This is the best yoga i have tried. I have gone to others but no one else comes to the same standard whether it is the physical part of yoga or the spiritual.

    Traditional Yoga that's focus is deep balance & relaxation. It guides the student through body awareness to release subconscious tensions held in the body-mind. It is a yoga for the body, mind and spirit; a moving meditation where the postures show the practitioner where tensions and scars are held and how to subsequently release these through the postures, relaxation and the breath.
