    I teach general hatha yoga classes at Gaia studio on Tuesday mornings at 9.45am and Thursday evenings at 7.30pm. Classes run for 1hr and 15min with all equipment provided. I also run a Pre-natal class on Thursday from 6pm. Classes are designed to suit everybody, even if you haven't experienced yoga before you will be looked after.
