    It is interesting how amazing your body can feel after a good yoga session as longer you have a good instructor.     Pain relief at last

    I suffer from chronic low back pain and have had a couple of treatments with Kerry, I Like that she tailored each appointment to how I was feeling. Definitely will be going back, highly recommend Perpetual Movement.
