    Inspiring and satisfying workouts

    I've been training with Healthquarters for well over a year now attending 2-3 sessions a week, and I can honestly say I've loved every session (more so after completion). Katherine ensures that there is always variety from week to week, even when doing the same type of class. She is highly encouraging and motivates you to perform to the best of your ability. She is a stickler for good form to ensure that you are always getting the most out of each exercise. I find her encouraging and always ready to lead by example. She attracts like minded, positive people who I now consider friends. Keep up the great work Healthquarters!

    Katherine is a fabulous trainer. She’s highly knowledgeable and totally supportive. Plenty of variety of classes and she adapts for all levels of fitness. Importantly the classes are fun and have really built my strength and fitness.

Katherine tailors all classes to the fitness levels of the individual so no matter what level you are at, you are being pushed hard every session.     Katherine is brilliant to train with. Two things I love the most. Katherine keeps the sessions different each time you visit and we do a different exercise every 60 seconds or so. Definitely no way of getting bored! Katherine adapts each lesson individually if required. I am late 40's and have had a double mastectomy plus other operations. Katherine has always gently bought my fitness back up to where I feel proud when finishing a class at what I have achieved. You just have to keep up with exercise forever. It's good for us all. Winter is even fun!

    Nyiika has been my Personal Trainer for over 2 yrs. I've never had the same session twice & he is always motivational & encouraging. Alters exercises slightly for injuries but still maintaining same results. I've seen a big improvement in my fitness level, motivation to do other type of exercise & dropping cms off those areas that us girls just hate. Thank you Nyiika.     I train with Nyiika twice a week and have been doing so for more than 6 months now. I have notice amazing improvements in my strength and overall fitness level. Nyiika's sessions are flexible and he tailors them to your strengths, weakness and areas you want to see improvements. He makes the sessions fun but challenging at the same time and the best part is, he comes to you!     I have struggled with maintaining a healthy weight for most of my adult life and now as i'm getting older realise the importance of getting down to a healthy weight and maintaining it so i decided to make an apt with elke and its turned out to be a great decision as she has a great way of tailoring your nutritional needs so they dont feel restrictive but more in a way that you can learn to enjoy food thats good for you and with great tips to help you with your own personal issues that you need to get control over so you can maintain your weight loss and continue to stay healthy in the long term, for me personally it was my emotional eating and she helped me to recognise the triggers & gave me strategies to overcome them, which has been fantastic because i now notice when i am about to binge eat and put into place the things she has shown me and they have been proven to work as i have currently lost 18kg and heading towards my target of 30kg in total, but although the actual weight loss is fantastic its the way i feel that is the best thing of all, i would highly recommend making an apt with elke and letting her guide you on your journey, antonio.

    I thought I would never feel better again. I had a week in hospital with test after test and no answers. I made an appointment with Elke and everything changed. Elke listened to my history and issues, and together we devised a supplement and diet plan that gave me back my life. After weeks of feeling off, extreme gut issues, headaches, hot flashes, pain etc, I started to feel better day by day, until one day I realised everything was better. Being from rural SA.
