    I've been training with Healthquarters for well over a year now attending 2-3 sessions a week, and I can honestly say I've loved every session (more so after completion). Katherine ensures that there is always variety from week to week, even when doing the same type of class. She is highly encouraging and motivates you to perform to the best of your ability. She is a stickler for good form to ensure that you are always getting the most out of each exercise. I find her encouraging and always ready to lead by example.     Katherine is brilliant to train with. Two things I love the most. Katherine keeps the sessions different each time you visit and we do a different exercise every 60 seconds or so. Definitely no way of getting bored! Katherine adapts each lesson individually if required. I am late 40's and have had a double mastectomy plus other operations. Katherine has always gently bought my fitness back up to where I feel proud when finishing a class at what I have achieved. You just have to keep up with exercise forever. It's good for us all. Winter is even fun!

    It is interesting how amazing your body can feel after a good yoga session as longer you have a good instructor. Jacqueline's sessions have a combination of acknowledges and vibes which make you feel energized even after a big day at work. these and much more qualities make her classes a 'to do' session if happiness and good body improvements is what you are looking for... fully recommended!!! :)

    I joined Xclusive 12 months ago and love it. Many classes to choose from. Nice, clean crèche with lovely carers for my children. Open long hours so I can go in the evening too. The girls at Xclusive are wonderful. Friendly, encouraging and determined to get us all into shape!
