    Karen runs a wonderful and very inclusive class. She always provides a range of options for each exercise to cater for each level ability. She has created a very friendly, welcoming culture in the class. Karen has been teaching pilates for years, and her enthusiasm and expertise make her classes a real pleasure.     Pain Free

    I have been attending studio Pilates for around 9 months with Maisa and I am feeling so much stronger than when I began. I initially started Pilates after months of lower back pain, which I was seeing a Physio twice a week for. After my first 3 sessions and incorporating the home exercises Maisa gave me, I no longer had to see the Physio for treatment. My posture and strength began to change for the better and I am also feeling more energetic. I highly recommend Body Contrology!
