    I joined Xclusive 12 months ago and love it. Many classes to choose from. Nice, clean crèche with lovely carers for my children. Open long hours so I can go in the evening too. The girls at Xclusive are wonderful. Friendly, encouraging and determined to get us all into shape!

    Sue, I am delighted to write to you about the positive outcomes from attending ‘Pilates for Wellbeing’. Initially I decided to try out pilates as I was suffering from lower back pain due to two bulging discs. Within three weeks I was surprised to see how quickly my body shape was changing - for the better! Not only has my body become the best it has ever been (I am now 47), but I feel so much better, both physically and mentally. Everything that pilates promises has proven to be true for me. I have achieved better posture, my core strength has improved to the point that I no longer suffer from lower back pain, I am more energised and therefore more productive.
