    I've been training at Eden Fitness for almost 4 months now with Darlene and Carol whom are both experienced and committed in this industry. Darlene is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and somehow fun. My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. She's very creative in her approach, I was never bored training with get and she has a friendly personality, but she can be tough at the same time, which is what you need from a PT!     The best trainer! I looked for months trying to a good trainer but Darlene at Eden Fitness isn't good she's great! I got and am still getting better results than I previously did, so friendly and you're always doing something different.     I have really enjoyed my 12 week diet and exercise program with Evolve Health. The whole Evolve Health team have been very supportive, the trainers get the best out of me and keep me on track. Through their dietitian I was able to be prescribed a diet plan that was easy to follow and effective. So far I have lost 12 kgs in 12 weeks and couldn't be happier. I was only going to commit for 3 months but cannot see myself ever leaving.
