    Mark Howard has transformed our school age son from a child that enjoyed sport to an elite athlete within his age group. Not only does our son now succeed at region and state level championships he always shows terrific sportsmanship, a trait I attribute to Mark from Run Coach Melbourne. We booked a five week program and two years later are still training together, I think that says it all! Our family would highly recommend Running Coach Melbourne and Mark Howard to anyone wanting to improve athletic performance. Mark has that rare ability to bring out the best in children as well as adults of all ages. Training is efficient but I know our son always leaves the track with a smile on his face and so do we. The only complaint we have is we are running out of room for all the medals ( What a problem to have! )

    I’m a 73 year old man, feeling the weight of my age and less than perfect health. I need all the assistance that I can get to remain mobile and, to do that, I go to Platinum 3 times per week for “functional training” John and his staff are my lifeline to leading a healthier life. Without them I would probably be in a wheelchair before long. It is with great pleasure that I write this testimonial and I urge all older people to find someone to train them. Training is not just for the young and fit. Older people probably need it more than the young. Training, like youth, is wasted on the young!
