    I have really enjoyed my 12 week diet and exercise program with Evolve Health. The whole Evolve Health team have been very supportive, the trainers get the best out of me and keep me on track. Through their dietitian I was able to be prescribed a diet plan that was easy to follow and effective. So far I have lost 12 kgs in 12 weeks and couldn't be happier. I was only going to commit for 3 months but cannot see myself ever leaving.

    Our gym is fully equipped for competition in Kickboxing, MMA and boxing and has an impressive depth to its coaching knowledge, however, we do not run a large scale commercial style business. We do not have overheads of main road exposure, superfluous staff or receptionists and as such we do not need to chase memberships or run multiple classes etc to pay the bills. We limit the confusion of learning MMA from several sources that may know Boxing or Muay Thai or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but not necessarily ...
