    I have really enjoyed my 12 week diet and exercise program with Evolve Health. The whole Evolve Health team have been very supportive, the trainers get the best out of me and keep me on track. Through their dietitian I was able to be prescribed a diet plan that was easy to follow and effective. So far I have lost 12 kgs in 12 weeks and couldn't be happier. I was only going to commit for 3 months but cannot see myself ever leaving.

    Into my 4th Year with AK @sculpturepersonaltrainingwa!! Words can't even express what these past 4 years has given me. AK has seen me transform, seen my life at lowest and my life at its highest over these 4 years and not only supported and kept me focused in the gym, mentally supported me through everything else. My training when I first walked in the door 4 years ago was ALOT DIFFERENT to what it is today. Bikini Model looking for a place to enjoy fitness when moving up to the big spoke now turned PRO BIKINI model in 2018 in the fitness industry !!! A lot of my dedication and strength is because of the mind set and support AK has given me and the community he provides to those who walk in the door.     Been with Sculpture for over 10 years and done a variety of activities from personal training to circuit and boxing classes. Besides been treated totally individually to meet your own training and fitness needs there is no typical “gym pressure” Everyone is welcomed no matter your age or fitness level other than to do what you want to do, and can do. My Dad who is in his 80’s has done strength building with AK and loved it. Life changing. Another great thing about the gym is it is not too big and we all get on.

    I've never done resistance training before but knew I had to do something at my age (40+) to break my sedentary habits, I've only been with AK @ Sculpture for three months and already have seen an improvement in my posture, strength, confidence and eating habits.
