    Motivational, inspiring, mentor like no other. In four years of training with Helen, I've found the extra push needed to achieve my goals. I had been to loads of gyms and classes and other trainers which were alright. However none are tailored to suit such an array of individuals and levels of fitness in an unintimidating environment like Helens classes with creative routines and ever evolving ideas - no chance to get bored here! She has a no-nonsense and matter of fact approach to training and nutrition has been a godsend for me with no outrageous or expensive diets - just simple approaches that are easy to follow. But sometimes we all need a little more than to just train and eat well, Helens holistic approach to wellness and mindset helps keep me on track and motivated when I am otherwise prone to fall back into old habits.

Incorperating essential oils and clean eating to assist in reaching goals and helping with a healthy mindset as well as a healthy body. I also love the approach to goal setting.     Active Aussies is fantastic. The workouts are great for everyone, no matter your age or fitness levels! The trainer Cat makes the sessions fun and pushes to your capabilities. I have lost weight and gained not only strength and a great body, but have gained some wonderful friends at the same time! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
