    Nyiika has been my Personal Trainer for over 2 yrs. I've never had the same session twice & he is always motivational & encouraging. Alters exercises slightly for injuries but still maintaining same results. I've seen a big improvement in my fitness level, motivation to do other type of exercise & dropping cms off those areas that us girls just hate. Thank you Nyiika.     I train with Nyiika twice a week and have been doing so for more than 6 months now. I have notice amazing improvements in my strength and overall fitness level. Nyiika's sessions are flexible and he tailors them to your strengths, weakness and areas you want to see improvements. He makes the sessions fun but challenging at the same time and the best part is, he comes to you!
