    Active Aussies is fantastic. The workouts are great for everyone, no matter your age or fitness levels! The trainer Cat makes the sessions fun and pushes to your capabilities. I have lost weight and gained not only strength and a great body, but have gained some wonderful friends at the same time! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
