    I've been training at Eden Fitness for almost 4 months now with Darlene and Carol whom are both experienced and committed in this industry. Darlene is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and somehow fun. My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session.     I had a few personal training sessions with Darlene. She's very creative in her approach, I was never bored training with get and she has a friendly personality, but she can be tough at the same time, which is what you need from a PT! I would recommend Darlene to anyone who is ready to make a change in their lifestyle. She will show you the result!

    The best trainer! I looked for months trying to a good trainer but Darlene at Eden Fitness isn't good she's great! I got and am still getting better results than I previously did, so friendly and you're always doing something different.
