    I've tried lots of gyms over the years but Brisbane Fitness Empire offers the personal attention you just don't get anywhere else. I'm not the fittest of people but there are classes to suit me. On the other hand there are super fit people who are challenged to the max. I enjoy the laughs and the banter of classes and the health focus of personal training sessions. Crystal is an excellent personal trainer for every level of fitness. Mick gets involved in sparring with the guys and girls who are looking for that extra challenge. Thanks to Crystal I was able to do eight hour treks on my recent holidays and that is something pretty amazing for me and was certainly worth every bit of the training it took to reach that level of fitness.
