    I've been training with Healthquarters for well over a year now attending 2-3 sessions a week, and I can honestly say I've loved every session (more so after completion). Katherine ensures that there is always variety from week to week, even when doing the same type of class. She is highly encouraging and motivates you to perform to the best of your ability. She is a stickler for good form to ensure that you are always getting the most out of each exercise. I find her encouraging and always ready to lead by example.     Katherine is brilliant to train with. Two things I love the most. Katherine keeps the sessions different each time you visit and we do a different exercise every 60 seconds or so. Definitely no way of getting bored! Katherine adapts each lesson individually if required. I am late 40's and have had a double mastectomy plus other operations. Katherine has always gently bought my fitness back up to where I feel proud when finishing a class at what I have achieved. You just have to keep up with exercise forever. It's good for us all. Winter is even fun!

    Susan is an an awesomely inspiring coach. She has tons of life experience which she brings to all her activities. She is calm and compassionate and willing to work with anyone who steps up to meet her. I have been really grateful for her advice and help in strengthening my lower back which has reduced my daily pain levels enormously, to the point where life has become more pleasure and less burden.
