    Helen’s outdoor sessions are geared for all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness. It doesn’t matter where you sit on the scale, you will get the results you want from these classes. The challenge only ends when you want it to and no two classes are ever the same. The amount of different kit she has is amazing and she really makes the most of each class location. The group is so friendly and supportive and because everyone is at their own level it never feels threatening or competitive. Helen also takes the time to really get to know everyone so you don’t just feel like a number. Really knowing each person, their pain and their goals allows her to give you the best chance of success. Can’t recommend highly enough

    Kappatalize fitness is the must supportive holistic health group I’ve come across.     Motivational, inspiring, mentor like no other. In four years of training with Helen, I've found the extra push needed to achieve my goals. I had been to loads of gyms and classes and other trainers which were alright. However none are tailored to suit such an array of individuals and levels of fitness in an unintimidating environment like Helens classes with creative routines and ever evolving ideas - no chance to get bored here! She has a no-nonsense and matter of fact approach to training and nutrition has been a godsend for me with no outrageous or expensive diets - just simple approaches that are easy to follow. But sometimes we all need a little more than to just train and eat well, Helens holistic approach to wellness and mindset helps keep me on track and motivated when I am otherwise prone to fall back into old habits.

    I've been training with Healthquarters for well over a year now attending 2-3 sessions a week, and I can honestly say I've loved every session (more so after completion). Katherine ensures that there is always variety from week to week, even when doing the same type of class. She is highly encouraging and motivates you to perform to the best of your ability. She is a stickler for good form to ensure that you are always getting the most out of each exercise. I find her encouraging and always ready to lead by example. Katherine tailors all classes to the fitness levels of the individual so no matter what level you are at, you are being pushed hard every session.     I've joined Healthquarters on a few of their walks including Vivid and sculpture by the sea walk. The walks are of a good pace, intensity and duration. The group is also lots of fun too.

    Katherine is brilliant to train with. Two things I love the most. Katherine keeps the sessions different each time you visit and we do a different exercise every 60 seconds or so. Definitely no way of getting bored! Katherine adapts each lesson individually if required. I am late 40's and have had a double mastectomy plus other operations. Katherine has always gently bought my fitness back up to where I feel proud when finishing a class at what I have achieved. You just have to keep up with exercise forever. It's good for us all. Winter is even fun!
