    I always struggled with chronic back and join pains from my early 50s. Had a disc surgery and loads of physio without much effect.     I just wanted to say i've done this course and it has helped me out so much. It doesn't fix you, you dont learn cute little sayings that make you feel good. You learn to be self aware, to calmly see issues for what they are, to understand why you react in a certain way and to smile (and even laugh at yourself) when you would usually stress. It seems weird at first but just turn up for the first session and you'll see its just a bunch of normal people trying to find real inner happiness.
