I offer counselling for children, youth, adults and couples regarding relationship issues, grief and loss, anxiety and depression. I use a person centred strengths based approach together with expressive arts, mindfulness, narrative therapy and cognitive behaviour techniques. Counselling session are tailored to meet the clients needs.
I also offer Qigong and guided mindfulness meditation classes in small groups. Both of these are self help tools that have been scientifically proven to improve quality

of life by lowering the levels of the stress hormone cortisol, reducing blood pressure, improving quality of sleep, improving balance to name a few. After a class people comment on how they feel more calm and at ease.
Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation Classes are held 3 times a week on a Monday early evening, Wednesday morning and Saturday morning.
Last class for 2018 is Wednesday 19th December with classes beginning again Wednesday 9th January 2019.
