    Experienced a coach, a team and a community in one!

    I signed up with Body Conquest to prepare for my first every body building competition. My initial goal was to compete in the fitness category, though through my journey with Body Conquest and by the time the competition was near, I was ready to ramp up to the figure category. This was achieved by a combination of factors. I had to provide comprehensive feedback about myself so that my coach could get a good understanding of my starting point with Body Conquest. This feedback related to training, dietary habits and psychological perspectives relating to these. I love structure and my coach provided me with structured training programs that were updated in blocked timeframes to keep my body guessing and progressing. I was provided with sessions on technique to maximise the effectiveness of my workouts and they also have great online video's explaining how to correctly perform each exercise. My meal plans were also reviewed and adjusted weekly or as required. I knew my coach came with a wealth of experience so I put my trust in her. I was given a goal to get to and a formula to achieve my goals by the competition date, which we had achieved. One of the most impressive factors of team body conquest which I underestimated when I signed up was the level of support offered. My coach would check in on me to see how I was tracking with not only my diet buy my mental health as well, considering training and diet can lead to emotional doubt, fatigue and social restrictions. My coach was always available as I needed, though so was her team of coaches. Team Body Conquest also have private social media groups where I met new friends and supports who sent me messages of encouragement and also checked in with me which I felt was amazing. My transformation occurred safely and my health was never placed at risk. To top it off, my coach/s became my tanners, hair dressers, pump up coaches and good friends come the day of the competition and I had one of the best experiences that I can tell everyone about now and in the future. I you want experienced coaches who will safely enable you to hit your goals, whatever the might be, I highly recommend Body Conquest.

    Drew and the team are amazing; a wealth of knowledge and really dedicated to making sure technique and form is absolutely correct, which is a must in any crossfit gym. You want results?
