Perfect Yoga Lifestyle

My sister & I commenced yoga with Shirani early this year. It was something I’d always wanted to explore. We’d both had a yoga class here & there but were really totally novice as to how yoga could enrich our lives. I wanted a holistic experience, definitely nothing rushed or fast-paced but didn’t realise how many styles of yoga were on offer and just how lucky we were in choosing Shirani for our yogic experience. As mentioned, Shirani has proven to be the perfect choice for us, as she is a patient, inspiring and very dedicated teacher who lives and breathes yoga in every aspect of her life. Shirani’s knowledge is intense and ongoing and she generously imparts every aspect of everything she knows to anyone who is eager to learn. We are only early on in our yoga journey but have already learnt so much from Shirani. She has her work cut out with me but I absolutely adore her passion and commitment. She’s a fabulous role model and person, in general and I only wish I had taken this path a long time ago.

Review I have been attending Yoga classes with Shirani Perera for nearly 4 years. I have found Shirani to be an excellent teacher. She is very knowledgeable and always demonstrates new poses to assist her students. She is liberal with praise when something is well done and always very encouraging.I certainly feel as if I have achieved a good deal of confidence in my Yoga classes over the past 4 years and am very grateful to Shirani for her tuition. Shirani is very experienced in Yoga herself and is generous in passing this knowledge on to her students. I would, without hesitation, recommend Shirani to anyone wishing to take classes in Yoga Jan Cheshire
