Every client is different. Every situation is personal to you and my experience has told me what works for some is not preferred by others.

If you have flashbacks or triggers of any kind then I can absolutely help by removing up to 3 in a session.

My tools are also body based. I learnt a long time ago, what science is now proving and the experts are all advocating, if I can move the physical sensations of what is keeping you stuck or upset in life then the thought patterns and behaviours go also.

Sometimes you might not even know what is wrong, you might just feel that something is like you are driving down the highway of life with the brakes on, that's ok we follow the clues. I don't believe in years of therapy, my goal is to get you glowing with life as quickly as possible.

My work is subtle and experiential. You will be amazed when you look back a few months later and realise what a different space you are in.
