In the comfort of my own home I offer massage and meditation services to the local community. I have been offering massage since 2012 and meditation since 2016. I love what I do and offer to clients. It's so wonderful to see them walk away stress free and so relaxed. I offer pressure point, cupping, aromatherapy, pregnancy, relaxation and hot stone style massages. I've been teaching Learn to Meditate courses in both group and one-on-one Workshops with great results; meditation helps us in so many ways to bring peace, harmony and focus on the here and now in our lives.
