The Central Coast is so peaceful and quiet, a great place to sit and reflect on your healing journey. From the Northern Beaches, it's only 40 minutes away, and from Sydney, it's about 80 minutes.

Past Life regression is only a one-day therapy and is facilitated over a full day. Sydney siders can take a day off to visit Woy Woy for transformative therapy.
