Hi, I'm Sarah McLachlan, a Naturopath with a passion for helping mums to thrive.
Like you, I am many things to many people. For you, I am a degree-qualified Naturopath. Nutritionist. Herbalist. Breastfeeding Counsellor. Most importantly, I am a mother. So I get it. I know what it is like to be deep in the trenches of parenting babies, toddlers, children and teens. I understand how hard it can be to get through the day, let alone focus on you or make food and lifestyle changes in your home.

I have been there. Like you, I was feeling stressed, tired, overwhelmed, anxious and depressed. I was burnt out from caring for my children and mothering in the isolation of a modern world. As a result, there were many times when I couldn't see my way out of these feelings. That's when I would get frightened that I was always going to feel tired, sick and in pain. Were things always going to be this hard?

Because of my experience and the experiences of women I have supported, I can tell you that they won't stay this way. Things can change with the right support. I see you and the work you do. And it drives my passion to empower you to take control of your (and your family's) health and show you that you CAN do it. You don't just have to survive, you can thrive.

I can show you which herbs, supplements, and natural approaches to lifestyle and food really work. Lastly (and essentially!), I help you to use them safely and effectively, even for those with sensitive taste buds.
