My name is Irene. I am a Physiotherapist with more than 30 years experience, a Feldenkrais Practitioner for 20 years, and a Child'Space Practitioner for 5 years.
As a Feldenkrais Practitioner I work with clients of all ages who are seeking to find a way to move with greater ease, less effort and less discomfort. This may be a return to improved function after an injury, or a need to continue an activity of daily life that has become difficult.
I share advice on minimising the effects of prolonged sitting, and improving balance and fall prevention.

As a Child'Space practitioner I work with parents and babies to optimise development from birth to independent walking.
A Child'Space session involves gentle touch and guided movement creating opportunities for learning through play. Parents gain confidence in their skills to carry on at home with their children between sessions
My clientele includes neuro-typical and neuro-developmentally challenged infants.
Individualised assessments and programs are developed to support babies and their parents through their journeys.


I work at my home office and offer home visits. I teach Child'Space classes to groups of parents at hospital "new parent" drop in sessions, to groups at community centres, and visit day care centres for staff education for children with special needs.
